ChiChi was one of 30 dogs rescued from a hoarder in Nov. of 2009. He was extremely frightened when he came into foster care but with time and TLC he has blossomed. For someone who is familiar with the Chihuahua breed he'd be a perfect pet. He is nervous when he first meets new people but he settles down quickly and will gradually approach to be petted. He doesn't want to be picked up unless he initiates it. He likes to sit on laps and to sleep in bed under the covers. He enjoys car rides. He likes other dogs. He loves to go for walks and he comes when he sees his harness. He would not be suitable for small children but seems to like older kids. He is afraid of thunderstorms. He is a loving little guy looking for a person to love him back.
