5 year old Billy came to Proverbs after his owner suffered a house fire and was forced to surrender her pets. He weighs 15 lbs and is the happiest, silliest guy. He eats well, loves to run and play in my fenced yard and sleeps silently all night in the kennel. He was neutered on 3/13/24. He is doing much better at potty training and will pee/poop immediately upon getting outside and wears belly bands when inside until he gets the hang of it all. He is affectionate and loves to cuddle. He blended effortlessly with my two small dogs and is clearly NOT an Alpha dog as he defers immediately to my much smaller dog. There has never been any growling, teeth showing, or aggression of ANY sort. He disciplines easily with only a low “NO” or just calling his name. Billy loves everyone and I know he will love his new family.
