I’m a goofy pup who loves to hang out with my foster family. It doesn’t matter who, the adults, the kids (ages 8-11) and the other dog are all fine by me. If there are toys around, I can entertain myself, but do prefer to play with others. I enjoy playing fetch or just laying by your feet if you are working.
I’m doing great with house training if you take me out regularly. I’m still a puppy, so I need to go about every 3 hours during the day. At night, I’m good though. Walking on a leash seems new to me, but I’m getting better at it every day. I enjoy going for walks and seeing other people and dogs. I don’t pull much, but sometimes when I see another dog (or a bunny or squirrel), I get excited and have a big vertical jump. For this reason, my foster mom thinks I need a home with a tall fence. Overall, I’m good in my kennel, although I may whine for the first few minutes.
Oh, and did I mention that I love to cuddle! Yes, I’m a 39lb, 5 month old pup, but that will not stop me from getting on your lap, feet, arms or leaning against your legs. I’ve even laid on my foster mom’s feet while she was cooking dinner. I just love being near you and will always be up for some love.
